Jae Holland is an avid networker who looks to bring people together in hopes that their synergy can create opportunities for others. Born & raised in Lynn, Massachusetts, Jae was able to lean on his upbringing and his environment to motivate him to excel past what was “expected of a Lynn Kid.”A two-sport athlete at Lynn Vocational Technical Institute, Jae would go on to play college basketball at Fisher College.There, Jae was a 3-year starter, team co-captain in his Senior season, and was also a member of the school’s first-ever conference championship team, which would go on to 3-peat and appear in 3 straight national tournaments.
After his playing days, Jae would become an assistant coach with the Fisher Falcons for 5 seasons before going to work with the Boston Red Sox full-time. In Jae’s role with the Red Sox, he oversees customer service and In-Ballpark Entertainment, as well as Co-Captains theirBlack Employee Resource Group. In his role, Jae always finds ways to connect with inner-city youth, especially those from Lynn, MA, whether it’s providing tickets for youth groups& sports or going back to speak with the children to show them that they, too, can exceed expectations.
His number one goal of his is to provide insight and knowledge that will propel the next generation to go beyond.
