Daynia La-Force Discusses Mental Health and Opioids on National Television

In August, Daynia La-Force, Executive Director of TMCPF, was invited by Sinclair Health for a dialogue on Mental Health and Opioids. She discussed the growing issue and emphasized the importance of recognizing early indicators of deteriorating mental health that can lead to drug addiction. Additionally, she highlighted potential solutions, including those offered by the foundation, which can serve as alternative paths to transform lives. During the national television segment “Town Hall,” Daynia further underscored the significance of engaging children in academic and after-school activities to keep them occupied and off the streets. It was a raw discussion about recognizing signs of trouble and preventing youth from falling into harmful behaviors. This topic is especially important to Terance and our foundation, particularly after experiencing personal losses.
